Deb brings over 30 years of legal experience and personally handles all critical aspects of each transaction. Her early career included briefing barristers and working as a paralegal across civil and criminal law, combined with extensive qualifications and experience in property law—ensuring a depth of expertise beyond the typical conveyancing service.
She is supported by Senior Conveyancer Renee Coates, who brings over 22 years of specialised property law experience to the firm. Renee is highly regarded for her sharp attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to navigate even the most complex matters with confidence and precision. Her depth of knowledge, combined with her calm and solution-focused mindset, ensures clients feel supported and reassured throughout the entire process.
Assisting Deb and Renee are our Support Conveyancers, Baileeh and Sophie, who are both currently studying and play an integral role across all matters. Baileeh is completing a Bachelor of Business, while Sophie is undertaking her Diploma in Conveyancing at Macquarie University. They have been hand-picked for their intelligence, ambition, and outstanding commitment to customer service.

Buying a Property
At Connolly Conveyancing we provide reliable, professional advice to make sure you are protected from unnecessary or unexpected costs. When you fall in love with a property it can be challenging not to rush in.
Things such as Easements, Restrictive Covenants, Flood Zones can all create complications and ultimately affect the future use of the property. The Sale Contract must show all of these issues and that’s why it’s important for your conveyancer to review the Sale Contract BEFORE you sign.
There are many checks to be done and once you sign the Sale Contract, you only have a certain number of days to achieve this. Financially you need to be aware of all the costs involved in your purchase. How much is the Stamp Duty, what are your new mortgage repayments to name a few.

Selling a Property
